Campanile Hotel Glasgow Secc Hydro

The hotel was conveniently located right next to the exhibition center, making it a great choice for business travelers attending events there. it was super close to the concert venue we were attending, allowing us to easily get to and from the show. We also enjoyed a nice meal at the Italian restaurant in the Rotunda, just a short walk from the hotel.

The hotel lacked basic amenities like hand towels and had a poorly designed window frame that caused a constant drumming noise of water on the window sill throughout the night.

The lady who checked me in was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. She was excellent at her job, managing check-ins and even running the hotel bar. A solid 10 out of 10 for her.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. The restaurant offered great value for money with delicious food. We also appreciated the availability of vending machines in the foyer for a late-night snack.

All was fine.

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, some room for improvement in amenities and standards. Good location, easy walking access to the city and pleasant river walk in the morning. Food was impressive and value for money, staff went above and beyond. Comfy beds, extra pillows no problem.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our time here. The rooms were basic, but large and good value for money. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bar and diner at the hotel were also reasonably priced, providing a convenient option for dining. The location was ideal, being just a 2-minute walk from the Hydro and not far from the city centre. Additionally, the hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities we needed, including parking.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
